CMS Open Payments is a National Disclosure Program (NDP) from CMS (Centres for Medicare & Medicaid Services) that aims to improve the transparency and accountability of the healthcare system. Every year, drug and medical device manufacturers submit a report to the Centres for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding payments or other value transfer transactions made to healthcare providers or teaching hospitals. The report is publicly available.
